Flexible Shifts | Event-Based

Join The Eligon Venue team and be part of creating elevated, unforgettable events. We’re looking for reliable, outgoing individuals to join us as Banquet Servers and Server/Bartenders in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This is event-based work with flexible scheduling, ideal for those who thrive in dynamic settings and take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality. Whether serving or bartending, you’ll play an important role in supporting your team, engaging with guests, and helping each event flow smoothly from start to finish.

Banquet Server Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and drinks

  • Bussing and cleaning tables

  • Prepping and setting up events

  • Striking events (tear-down)

  • Washing dishes

Banquet Bartender/Server Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards

  • Ensure proper identification of guests to verify legal drinking age

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe bar area

  • Monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary, in line with company policies

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner

  • Ensure all drink orders are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely fashion

  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events

  • Maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and inform management of any needs

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

  • Work with the event team to support other aspects of the event, including assisting with service, clearing, and cleaning

    Requirements (for both roles):

  • ServSafe certification (Required)

  • RBS Certification (Required for Bartender)

  • Bartending & Serving Experience (Required)
